    toast, bagels, something with a lot of carbs in it. That’ll give you the energy you need to kick some butt!!!!

    Anything with eggs. (Omelet, Poached eggs etc.)
    Pasta about an hour and a half before you leave for the game so it has time to settle. Eggs have energy that last and pasta has carbs so that it will keep you going you whole game!
    It works for me.

    Water for hydration.

    Fruit for natural sugars for short term energy.
