After Canada defeated their cross-border rivals from the United States 3-2 in overtime on Sunday in the final of the men’s ice hockey tournament, fans flooded the streets of Vancouver to celebrate. (Feb. 28)
Why do i always see Americans on Canadian video’s picking fights? …it’s weird and creepy! and im talking like every Canadian video ive seen on youtube…but if i go to American video’s i don’t see Canadians doing the same..? too many American un-employed with nothing to do but troll video’s? gah!!

I was right in the middle of that. It was pure madness, took an hour to get through that intersection. Took 2 hours to get from Smythe to the Waterfront station. It was insane. It was so crowded at one point that I could have picked my feet right off the ground without falling.
Such a proud moment, and I’m so proud of how well our city behaved. We showed TRUE Canadian spirit during these games.

Was awesome. I ran from a bar up to robson as soon as we scored (I left like a 50% tip XD) and every single car was honking and people were dancing in front of TV-store windows where thed been watching.
I agree with you 100% I am from the USA, and wanted us to win, and was sad that we didn’t, but was really happy for Canada winning it on there home turf. Canada is a beautiful country, and more gracious then a lot of Americans were. Congratualtions to the better team. ANd I would love to live there. GO CANADA!!!! WE’ll give you hell next time.
